Internship Compliance

As a Compliance Intern at Red Bull, you'll play an active role in strengthening our global compliance culture. You'll support the development, rollout, and continuous improvement of key elements of our Compliance Program — from policies and training to strategic projects and research.
Rather than focusing on routine admin work, you'll be involved in big-picture topics like company-wide compliance initiatives, policy development, and awareness strategies. This internship is your chance to contribute to meaningful change, gain hands-on experience, and explore innovative approaches to compliance in a dynamic, international environment.
Join us in July/August 2025 for a period of six months.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
COMPLIANCE PROGRAM
In this internship you'll support in developing, implementing, and managing the organization's compliance program to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
POLICY & GUIDELINE DEVELOPMENT
Get involved in drafting and refining internal policies and corporate guidelines. You'll help in the creation, development, and updating of internal policies and corporate guidelines.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE & RESEARCH ACTIVITIES
You'll support with general research activities and administrative tasks.
COMPLIANCE/PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
You'll take part in the conception, implementation, and company-wide rollout of specific compliance projects.
TRAINING PROGRAMS
You'll help to develop engaging training materials and e-learning programmes that make compliance topics accessible and relevant to all employees.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess legal and compliance issues and develop effective solutions
- First experience in Compliance and/or Risk Management and/or a strong desire to develop expertise in these fields is desirable
- Highly self-motivated and proactive
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Ability to stay current with changes in laws and regulations, and to adapt compliance programs accordingly
