RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
REPORTING & DATA QUALITY
You'll run regular reporting regarding execution of analytical projects while guaranteeing that every analytical project is finished with post analysis and calculated uplift. You'll work closely with Sales Data Management, Data Science, and Regional and Key Markets to ensure data quality for the insights.
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
You’ll determine the right place, frequency, and method to communicate insights, strategies, and best practices from analytical projects to sales and leadership teams. This includes regularly sharing performance updates and presenting key strategic topics to management. You’ll work closely with the Data Science team to enhance the current Analytic 2.0 program with rich Commercial Insights content, such as Retail Audit, Perfect Store, and Depletion data analysis.
ANALYTICAL PROJECT EXECUTION
You’ll lead analytics projects with country teams and On- and Off-Premise HQ Field Sales teams, acting as the main liaison with the Data Science department for all analytical initiatives. You’ll follow up on implementation with the Field Sales teams and drive the Perfect Store 2.0 project to create a single, unified source of truth for Field Sales insights.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 2+ years of FMCG experience (beverages industry preferred)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a process-oriented mindset and knowledge of sales processes
- Experience in International Sales, Business Insights, and Data Science
- Strong project management skills
- Background in Econometric Modelling & Statistics
- Proficient in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP BI, Power BI, Tableau; SQL or R is a plus

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.303 gross per month.
