- Du sicherst bestehende Kunden und Absatzkanäle weiterhin ab und baust den Marktanteil im Vertriebsgebiet in Großbritannien, Spanien, Frankreich, Portugal und Zentralamerika weiter aus, indem du bestehende Kunden und Vertriebspartner langfristig weiter entwickelst und neue Absatzkanäle generierst
- Du treibst die Umsetzung der BU-Strategie voran, priorisierst Potenziale und Kunden in deinem Verantwortungsbereich und begleitest den gesamten Verkaufszyklus – von der Angebotserstellung, der Auftragsannahme bis hin zur Abwicklung des Reklamationsprozesses
- Du trägst die Ergebnisverantwortung für alle Kunden und Vertriebspartner, informierst und überzeugst diese von der Produktqualität und -leistung unser High-Performance Stahlseile
- Du förderst Produktpositionierungen bei Zielkunden und unterstützt bei der Festlegung der optimalen Produktauswahl
- Du bist verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Forecast- und Dispoplanung in deinem Vertriebsgebiet

Your future responsibilities
- Leading and developing the Embedded Artificial Intelligence research unit in the Intelligent Wireless Systems Division with currently 14 scientists focusing on machine learning, signal processing and neural network VLSI accelerators for a wide range of domains and applications.
- Vision for long-term research opportunities in electronic systems and miniaturization of machine learning and signal processing algorithms into hardware.
- Shaping the division research program and project portfolio together with supervisors and peers.
- Collaborate with the diverse team of experts to find optimal solutions.
- Budget and ressource planning and control for the research unit.
- Overall, lead the research unit to generate high quality research outputs, scientific excellence and economic impact. Keep growing the research unit.

Your future responsibilities
- Establish, lead, and advance a new research unit, building a team of 10-20 researchers.
- Acquire financial resources to operate the research unit through the different cooperation models of SAL.
- Strategically plan and allocate resources for the Research Unit, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide mentorship, scientific guidance, and supervision of researchers.
- Corporate and profit responsibility.
- Initiate and oversee collaborative projects with academia and industry.
- Expand the research unit’s international network through partnership acquisition and ongoing network activities.
- Shape the research program of the Research Unit, creating project portfolios together with the division head.
- Grow the research unit towards research excellence and economic impact.
- Create a motivated, collaborative, and relaxed atmosphere for scientists to thrive in.

- Lead a diverse team of 8–10 scientists within the Embedded Artificial Intelligence group of the Intelligent Wireless Systems Division, focusing on machine learning and signal processing across various domains and applications.

- Drive innovative solutions through effective team leadership and expert coordination. .
