RESPONSIBILITIES

Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

GLOBAL UPSTREAM PLANNING

In this role, you’ll take ownership of key planning processes, developing the monthly Global Sales & Operations Plan using SAP IBP as your primary tool. You’ll use detailed demand figures from downstream and local teams to build and balance the production plan for finished goods, while considering capacity and supply constraints. Based on this, you’ll create aggregated supply, inventory, and production plans for raw materials, packaging, and semi-finished goods across the global network. You’ll analyze risks, identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and integrate critical business decisions into the planning process.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

You’ll collaborate closely with multiple departments at headquarters and other key stakeholders to develop a well-balanced, accurate global plan. You’ll work hand in hand with other Supply Chain Planning teams—such as Downstream Planning—as well as with Global Finance, Procurement, and Operations. You’ll gather critical information, drive alignment, and discuss results to ensure business objectives are met.

REPORTING OF RESULTS

You’ll prepare scenarios, in-depth analyses, and detailed insights to support executive decision-making. You’ll also communicate final plans to stakeholders and lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and clarity across all teams.

PROJECT-BASED WORK ON SYSTEM AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS

You’ll contribute to both small- and large-scale projects that enhance planning processes and system capabilities. You’ll drive continuous improvement in planning tools and methodologies, ensuring the function supports a dynamic business environment and ambitious global growth goals.
