Ihre Aufgaben
- Mitarbeit beim Rollout sowie der Weiterentwicklung von CRM-Lösungen im Servicebereich (z. B. Service, Case Management, Field Service)
- Key-User-Rolle mit erster Ansprechfunktion für Service-Anwender und Local Key User
- Analyse und strukturierte Weitergabe von Anwenderanforderungen an Global Process Owner und IT
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Global Process Ownern, um fachliche Anforderungen verständlich in Systemlösungen zu überführen
- Begleitung von Releases und Durchführung von User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Teams und externen Implementierungspartnern
- Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen sowie aktive Unterstützung des Change Managements

Junior Expert – Business Development & Marketing Assistance (all genders)
- Independent execution of assigned business development tasks with growing autonomy
- Responsible for communication and dissemination of results for European and National projects - in alignment with SAL's Communications and PR department
- Creating presentations and materials for customer acquisition
- Support Business Development activities, develop and upkeep Division Customer Database
- Development to a Business development partner for all research unit heads
- Becoming a representative for SALs internal Doctoral College and support all administrative processes involved
- Co-Representing SAL and the division at fairs, conferences, and industry events
- Contributing to internal and external visibility (social media, networking, events, vendor management) in alignment with Communications and PR department
- Volunteering for cross-functional roles (e.g. buddy programmes, auditors, first aid)
