Ob telefonisch, persönlich oder via ITSM-Ticketsystem – du unterstützt unsere Kolleg:innen bei IT-Anfragen, findest rasch passende Lösungen und sorgst für einen professionellen und serviceorientierten Support im First Level/Second Level. - Du behältst den Überblick über unsere Support-Prozesse.
Du bearbeitest und verfolgst Support-Tickets zuverlässig nach, dokumentierst Lösungen und stellst sicher, dass Anfragen effizient und nachvollziehbar abgewickelt werden. - Du unterstützt unsere Standorte direkt vor Ort.
Im Rahmen des Field Service kümmerst du dich um Arbeitsplatzhardware, Notebooks, Drucker, Smartphones und weitere IT-Komponenten. Dabei bist du auch an unseren Standorten innerhalb der Scheuch Gruppe im Einsatz. - Du gestaltest unsere IT-Services aktiv mit.
Du wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung und Administration unserer neuen ITSM-Plattform Serviceware GO mit und unterstützt die Einführung moderner, KI-gestützter Serviceprozesse in unserer IT. - Du arbeitest eng mit unseren IT-Teams zusammen.
Du arbeitest in einem jungen, motivierten und agilen Team, entwickelst unsere IT-Services kontinuierlich weiter, bringst deine Ideen zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen aktiv ein.

Senior R&D Service Engineer: IC Design Flow (all genders)
- Ownership of projects design set-up by configuring and initializing end-to-end EDA environments, managing tool licenses, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple PDKs and technology nodes.
- Improvements of existing flow methodologies and creation of new ones, utilization of version-controlled repositories to guarantee reproducibility, auditability, and smooth cross-team collaboration.
- Definition of automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines that streamline synthesis, DFT, verification, and physical implementation processes.
- Providing hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting support to design and verification teams on EDA tool usage, performance tuning, and debugging.
- Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing workflows, proposing and implementing scalable solutions to reduce time-to-tapeout and improve productivity.
- Managing PDK integration, EDA tool upgrades, and license optimization while ensuring strict compliance with foundry requirements and internal quality standards.
- Maintaining robust, well-documented flow configurations and script libraries, enabling rapid onboarding and consistent project execution.
- Overseeing flow validation across benchmark and production projects, ensuring accuracy, repeatability, and alignment with milestone targets.
- Supporting cross-site as well as partner & customers engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Junior Expert – Business Development & Marketing Assistance (all genders)
- Independent execution of assigned business development tasks with growing autonomy
- Responsible for communication and dissemination of results for European and National projects - in alignment with SAL's Communications and PR department
- Creating presentations and materials for customer acquisition
- Support Business Development activities, develop and upkeep Division Customer Database
- Development to a Business development partner for all research unit heads
- Becoming a representative for SALs internal Doctoral College and support all administrative processes involved
- Co-Representing SAL and the division at fairs, conferences, and industry events
- Contributing to internal and external visibility (social media, networking, events, vendor management) in alignment with Communications and PR department
- Volunteering for cross-functional roles (e.g. buddy programmes, auditors, first aid)
