Ihre Aufgaben
- Reparaturen, Wartung, Umbauten und Nachrüstungen an bestehenden Kundenmaschinen
- Durchführung der Einsätze bei Kunden - Außendienstanteil ca. 80%
- Auftragskoordination beim Kunden
- Aufrechterhaltung eines guten Kundenkontaktes auch in Problemsituationen
- Entgegennahme von Kundenreklamationen und Weiterleitung an den Innendienst
- Kommunikation mit Kunden
- Proaktive Vermittlung der After Market Sales Angebote an die Kunden

- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Service Desk zur effizienten Ticket-Bearbeitung
- Mitarbeit oder Projektführung von kleineren Rollout Projekten
- Bearbeitung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Anfragen und Störungen im Ticket-System
