- Perennial Motion Graphics Design experience.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Media or similar
- Fluent in English, any additional language considered an advantage
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to brand-based format package design.
- Demonstrable conceptual skills with a strong motion graphic portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Maxon Cinema 4D are required.
- Knowledge of other Adobe CC applications, Autodesk Maya, Unreal Engine and additional related skills are a bonus.
- Up to date with the latest design trends, techniques and technologies.
- Strong communicator with the ability to mediate creative problems effectively and creating novel solutions.
- Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, collaborate with a team and show ownership.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- At least 5 years senior level experience in the fashion industry
- At least 3 years’ experience managing teams
- Deep familiarity and industry knowledge of all product groups, fashion trends and functionality
- Knowledge in creating, sourcing and developing procedures in the apparel industry
- Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude
- Advanced leadership & presentation skills
- Knowledge in ADOBE CS and Microsoft office

- Understanding of menswear design and trends. Graphic design skills are a plus.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Create and develop design system (design library and master components).
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Minimum two years of experience as supply chain analyst or in a similar Supply Chain role, ideally in a fast-paced environment within a global organization
- Experience with data analysis and/or network design tools
- Experience in project management is beneficial
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with business acumen
- Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting
- Deep working knowledge of SAP R/3 is a strong plus. Good skills on all MS products, i.e. Excel, are a must
- Fluent in English, German good skills desired
