RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Business Intelligence area with project involvement, ideally gained as a Controller, IT Consultant, Business Consultant, Business Analyst or Requirement engineer
- Profound knowledge of system-based planning and reporting tools – ideally SAP, SAP BW, SAP BI-IP Planning, S4/HANA, Hyperion Financial Management and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills as well as project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Workfront
- Solid controlling/accounting background and understanding of financial processes
- Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, IT.
- Profound knowledge of system-based planning (BSS) and reporting tools – ideally SAP, SAP BW, SAP BI-IP Planning, S4/HANA, Hyperion Financial Management and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills as well as project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Workfront.
- Solid controlling/accounting background and understanding of financial processes.

- Ansprechpartner:in für alle Themen rund um Business Warehouse / Business Intelligence der voestalpine Steel Division
- Analyse von Business-Anforderungen und Beratung der Fachbereiche zu den technischen Lösungsoptionen
- Team Lead für die Expert:innen in den Fachgebieten SAP BW, Azure Synapse, Power BI und Oracle SQM Datawarehouse
- Aufbau, Konzeption, Design, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung der Business Intelligence und Datawarehouse Lösungen mit Ihrem Team
- Definition von Design- und Umsetzungsleitlinien sowie Unterstützung des Citizen Developer Ansatzes
- Sicherstellung des 3rd Level Supports
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von technischen Dokumentationen und Benutzerhandbüchern
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Datenschutz- und Sicherheitsstandards

Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Planung, Entwicklung und Einrichtung von technischen Schnittstellen. In weiterer Folge sind Sie auch für die Tests, Überwachung und Dokumentation dieser technischen Schnittstellen zuständig. Insbesondere von den klassischen EDI Anbindungen aller Formate und Versionen
- Elektronische Anbindung von externen sowie internen Kunden und Partnern und Lieferanten an die Business Applications
- 1st/2nd Level Support im EDI Bereich
- Aufnahme von EDI-Projektanforderungen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen und Tochtergesellschaften
- Konzeptentwicklung und Analyse von EDI-Workflows
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen ERP-Consultants sowie externen Softwarepartnern
