Ihre Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für das Innovationsprojekt in enger Abstimmung mit dem Pastoralvorstand (Assistenz), dem Grundfunktionsbeauftragten, den Seelsorgeteams (vor allem mit den Verantwortlichen für Verkündigung) und den Fachteams für Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
- Zusammenarbeit mit Ehrenamtlichen und Hauptamtlichen aus Pfarrgemeinden und Pastoralen Knotenpunkten - vornehmlich mit Personen, die mit Öffentlichkeitsarbeit zu tun haben (Aktive in den Bereichen Websites, Newsletter, Pfarrblatt, Social Media, Säulen Verkündigung in PG)
- Erhebung bestehender Kommunikationswege und Entwicklung eines abgestimmten Gesamtkonzepts für den Pfarrraum. Dazu zählt die Koordination von Inhalten sowie die Unterstützung der Pfarrgemeinden bei ihrer Öffentlichkeitsarbeit.
- Optimierung der Pfarrlichen Website, Beratung für pfarrgemeindliche Websites; Konzeption, Aufbau und laufende Betreuung von Social-Media-Kanälen
- Entwicklung eines Redaktionsplans sowie eines einheitlichen visuellen und inhaltlichen Auftritts
- Organisation von regelmäßigen Treffen der Verantwortlichen in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit auf Pfarrebene für Erfahrungs- und Ideenaustausch
