Own Tractive's end-to-end tracking across iOS, Android, and web — defining how Live Tracking, Virtual Fences, PSZs, and Health Monitoring are measured so teams can make decisions they trust Design and evolve our event taxonomy and KPI frameworks, ensuring every meaningful moment - an escape alert, a health alert, a subscription - is captured consistently and privacy-compliantly Implement and maintain web tracking using Google Tag Manager and JavaScript - instrumenting events, debugging, and ensuring reliable data collection in production Build scalable analytics assets in BigQuery, dbt, or similar tools that answer questions like "How does PSZ adoption affect retention?" or "What drives free-to-premium conversion?" Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end - from rethinking feature adoption measurement to building an experimentation framework for onboarding and core flows Own the tracking ecosystem - versioning, naming conventions, and QA gates - so the whole company speaks the same measurement language Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you'll never hear the phrase "...because that's how we've always done things" Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Develop and execute our international retail strategy for Europe and ANZ, taking full ownership of our top-tier retail partners and driving Joint Business Plans to reach ambitious goals Lead annual negotiations on commercial terms, marketing investments and product listings with key retail groups across multiple countries Analyze complex sell-in and sell-out data to identify growth opportunities, manage reliable forecasts and steer the performance of your regions Act as the central point of contact for international retail, working closely with our Country Development Managers, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution Focus on maximizing the performance and efficiency of our existing retail partners, deepening these key relationships to drive profitable growth and ensuring our retail channel strategically supports our core D2C business.
