Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical specifications into intuitive, high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for responsive web interfaces Adhere to and actively contribute to our existing design system, ensuring all new designs leverage established components and patterns Conduct customer interviews and usability tests, and leverage both qualitative feedback and quantitative data - tracking customer behavior, analyzing metrics, and running experiments - to validate and iterate on designs Develop and refine site structures and navigation through journey architecture and mapping (for example user flow diagrams, sitemaps) to optimize user pathways Utilize motion in the design of interactive components to enhance both usability and visual appeal Prepare production-ready design assets, specifications, and clean handoffs for developers, ensuring all technical details and interactions are clearly documented Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things” Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
