Junior Expert – Business Development & Marketing Assistance (all genders)
- Independent execution of assigned business development tasks with growing autonomy
- Responsible for communication and dissemination of results for European and National projects - in alignment with SAL's Communications and PR department
- Creating presentations and materials for customer acquisition
- Support Business Development activities, develop and upkeep Division Customer Database
- Development to a Business development partner for all research unit heads
- Becoming a representative for SALs internal Doctoral College and support all administrative processes involved
- Co-Representing SAL and the division at fairs, conferences, and industry events
- Contributing to internal and external visibility (social media, networking, events, vendor management) in alignment with Communications and PR department
- Volunteering for cross-functional roles (e.g. buddy programmes, auditors, first aid)

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns
- Konzeption, Gestaltung und Optimierung multimedialer Inhalte für Messen, Website, Präsentationen, Printunterlagen und weitere Kommunikationskanäle auf Basis unseres Corporate Designs
- Planung und Umsetzung von Kurzvideos über unser Unternehmen, unsere Projekte und Produkte
- Gestaltung und Aufbereitung von Grafiken, Layouts, Bildern, Texten und weiteren Medieninhalten für Online- und Offline-Anwendungen
- Texterstellung und redaktionelle Aufbereitung unterschiedlicher Themen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen
- Fachliche Unterstützung interner Abteilungen sowie Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister:innen

Senior Expert - Business Development - IC Design (al genders)
- Acquisition of R&D projects for IC-Design, focusing on Sensorics, RF and mm-wave communication, radar applications and similar
- Acquisition of industrial partners (with a special focus on Start-ups and SMEs) and non-industrial partners (academic institutions, research centres) partners for innovative IC-Design project collaborations
- Defining a clear business strategy, leveraging unique SAL’s value proposition to attract customers, expand the customer base and find new markets
- Co-developing and shaping the service offering and the research strategy with both Engineering and Research teams, providing insights into current trends and expected industry developments, identifying opportunities and challenges
- Key-account management for premium partners, developing service quotations for clients and managing and of an efficient and agile customer database
- Liaising with the Marketing / PR and Engineering departments on the creation of marketing campaigns and related material, press releases and social media communication channels
- Representing SAL at events (both internal and external), organising and attending conferences, meetings and industry events
