Administrative Unterstützung: Kaufmännische und organisatorische Zuarbeit für die Disposition und das Key Account Management. Customer Service: Proaktive Kundenbetreuung und kompetente Beantwortung von Statusanfragen im Tagesgeschäft. Datenmanagement: Kontinuierliche Systempflege, Datenkontrolle und -erfassung in den Transportmanagementsystemen. Monitoring: Aktive Sendungsüberwachung (Track & Trace) sowie die Durchführung von Pünktlichkeitskontrollen. Reporting & Kontrolle: Erstellung von Performance-Berichten, Durchführung von Pönaleprüfungen (Vertragsstrafen bei Verspätungen) sowie Rechnungs- und Dokumentenkontrolle.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Mitarbeit an der SAP-Implementierung / am internationalen SAP-Rollout für den Order-to-Cash-Prozess
- Aktive Analyse, Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Unternehmensprozessen
- Verantwortung für die Planung, Durchführung und laufende Betreuung von definierten Themenstellungen im Stream O2C in SAP S/4HANA
- Testen von Lösungen, Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und Durchführung von Trainings für Anwender

Senior Expert - Business Development - IC Design (al genders)
- Acquisition of R&D projects for IC-Design, focusing on Sensorics, RF and mm-wave communication, radar applications and similar
- Acquisition of industrial partners (with a special focus on Start-ups and SMEs) and non-industrial partners (academic institutions, research centres) partners for innovative IC-Design project collaborations
- Defining a clear business strategy, leveraging unique SAL’s value proposition to attract customers, expand the customer base and find new markets
- Co-developing and shaping the service offering and the research strategy with both Engineering and Research teams, providing insights into current trends and expected industry developments, identifying opportunities and challenges
- Key-account management for premium partners, developing service quotations for clients and managing and of an efficient and agile customer database
- Liaising with the Marketing / PR and Engineering departments on the creation of marketing campaigns and related material, press releases and social media communication channels
- Representing SAL at events (both internal and external), organising and attending conferences, meetings and industry events

Effizienz & Auslastung: Kontinuierliche Routen- und Laderaumoptimierung unter wirtschaftlichen und termingerechten Vorgaben. Schnittstelle im Tagesgeschäft: Enge und professionelle Kommunikation mit Frachtführern, Ladestellen sowie dem internen Key Account Team.

- Independent execution of assigned business development tasks with growing autonomy
- Responsible for communication and dissemination of results for European and National projects - in alignment with SAL's Communications and PR department
- Creating presentations and materials for customer acquisition

- Development to a Business development partner for all research unit heads
