Intro
- Aufbau, Pflege und Ownership des Gesamtterminplans (Primavera P6 oder MS Project) für die mechanischen Gewerke HKLS inkl. Schnittstellenkoordination zu Architektur, Elektro und IT-Infrastruktur.
- Proaktive Risikoidentifikation und Ableitung zeitkritischer Pfade mit klaren Eskalationsmechanismen.
- Synchronisation aller internen und externen Stakeholder auf Planungsebene; Sicherstellung eines belastbaren Plan-/Ist-Abgleichs.
- Monitoring der Lieferketten für HKLS-Komponenten (Kälte, Lüftung, Heizung, Hydraulik, Vorfertigung, Skidbauweise).
- Erstellung von Steering-Reports und KPI-basierten Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management.
- Unterstützung bei Claim-Management, Nachtragsbewertungen und vertraglichen Terminverpflichtungen.
- Implementierung von Best-Practice-Planungsprozessen wie zum Beispiel LEAN zur Sicherstellung von Termin-Compliance über den gesamten Projektzyklus.

- Establish, lead, and advance a new research unit, building a team of 10-20 researchers.
- Acquire financial resources to operate the research unit through the different cooperation models of SAL.
- Strategically plan and allocate resources for the Research Unit, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide mentorship, scientific guidance, and supervision of researchers.
- Corporate and profit responsibility.
- Initiate and oversee collaborative projects with academia and industry.
- Expand the research unit’s international network through partnership acquisition and ongoing network activities.
- Shape the research program of the Research Unit, creating project portfolios together with the division head.
- Grow the research unit towards research excellence and economic impact.
- Create a motivated, collaborative, and relaxed atmosphere for scientists to thrive in.

- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for hardware (batteries, chargers) and software (e.g. BMS, diagnostic tools)
- Collaboration with development, service and global project teams
- Implementation of the specifications from our internal editorial guidelines, which keep standards and guidelines up-to-date
- Participation in the further development of our documentation processes and tools
- Support in the creative preparation of technical illustrations

Introduction
- Construction and further development of a plasma treatment unit for various substrates (primarily steel strip)
- Co-development of an inline layer thickness measurement system for plasma coating, including electrical engineering aspects
- Development and implementation of inline plasma analysis (e.g., optical emission spectroscopy, mass spectrometry)
- Investigations on steel samples: Surface characterization using methods such as AFM, SEM, XRD, etc.
- Plasma annealing: Comparison of current annealing technologies (literature), concept for laboratory setup with W wire as an additional source, integration into existing simulator
- Temperature measurement at high temperatures based on emissivity measurements: interaction of metal vapor and plasma
