Deine Aufgaben
- Du erstellst und konfigurierst Workflow-basierte Serviceanfragen (Service Requests) in unserem Tool, der BMC-Suite, und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe.
- Gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen und Fachabteilungen analysierst du die Anforderungen an die Workflows und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Umsetzungskonzepte.
- Du erstellst aussagekräftige Berichte und testest neue Programmversionen.
- Bei der Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen identifizierst und behebst du Probleme und übernimmst somit die Verantwortung für einen sicheren Betrieb.
- Du hältst interne Schulungen zum Umgang mit der BMC-Suite und bietest fortlaufenden Support für deine Kolleg:innen.
- Mit deinem Blick für Qualität stellst du sicher, dass alle Serviceanfragen unsere internen Standards erfüllen und korrekt abgewickelt werden.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- At least 4 years of experience in backend and frontend development with languages like Java, Kotlin or Typescript.
- English fluent, German is a plus
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Multi-Media, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Computer Science or some years of experience in this field
- Experience with technologies like Spring, Liquibase and different database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and Database Design.
- Experience with frontend technologies like React, NextJS or Vue.
- Proven experience in test automation and test-driven development as well as understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build tools
- Understanding of modern online application architecture concepts, such as availability, scalability, resilience, and responsiveness as well as caching strategies and API design
- Understanding of cloud technologies and state of the art SaaS products like AWS, GitHub, Datadog, Akamai or Cloudinary
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Experience with working in virtual & mixed team organizations, including outsourced partners and vendors

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Business Intelligence area with project involvement, ideally gained as a Controller, IT Consultant, Business Consultant, Business Analyst or Requirement engineer.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, IT.
- Profound knowledge of system-based planning (BSS) and reporting tools – ideally SAP, SAP BW, SAP BI-IP Planning, S4/HANA, Hyperion Financial Management and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills as well as project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Workfront.
- Solid controlling/accounting background and understanding of financial processes.
- Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical skills and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of English, working knowledge of German is a plus, but not a requirement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Data or media technology focused education or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Strong experience with (big) data technologies and best practices managing large datasets
- Very good communication and organization skills
- Proficiency with data modelling and engineering, Big Data, ETL/ELT, SQL, DDD
- Persistent, systemic and analytical thinking with an attention to detail
- Experience in media data setups (recommended)
