Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie beheben Störungen und leisten Support für die im voestalpine Konzern genutzten mobilen Endgeräte (iOS, Android)
- Sie entwickeln und konfigurieren Richtlinien für großteils Android-Geräte in produktionskritischen Umgebungen, erstellen Use Cases und gewährleisten höchste Sicherheitsstandards in enger Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholder:innen
- Erstinstallation und Setup von Geräten (iOS, Android) mit Microsoft Intune, inklusive Backup-Erstellung sowie Konfiguration konzernspezifischer Apps/Technologien (Office 365, VPN, etc.)
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle beraten Sie interne Kund:innen zu beispielsweise SIM-Services und Unterstützen z.B. aktiv bei der Einführung neuer Technologien, kombiniert mit der Entwicklung innovativer Mobilfunklösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren externen Lieferant:innen
- Die Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, FAQs und Anleitungen für unsere IT-Services ist ebenfalls Teil Ihres Aufgabenbereichs
- Zudem bieten wir die Möglichkeit, sich schrittweise in das Servicemanagement einzuarbeiten und zusätzliche Verantwortung für Prozesse und strategische IT-Services zu übernehmen

Own Tractive's end-to-end tracking across iOS, Android, and web — defining how Live Tracking, Virtual Fences, PSZs, and Health Monitoring are measured so teams can make decisions they trust Design and evolve our event taxonomy and KPI frameworks, ensuring every meaningful moment - an escape alert, a health alert, a subscription - is captured consistently and privacy-compliantly Implement and maintain web tracking using Google Tag Manager and JavaScript - instrumenting events, debugging, and ensuring reliable data collection in production Build scalable analytics assets in BigQuery, dbt, or similar tools that answer questions like "How does PSZ adoption affect retention?" or "What drives free-to-premium conversion?"
