Aufgaben – Dafür sorgen Sie bei uns:
- Lieferantenmanagement: Sie gestalten gemeinsam mit uns das Lieferantenmanagement und gehen neue Wege, auch in Hinblick auf die Logistikkosten und die Prüfung der Incoterms. Monatlich nehmen Sie Kontakt zu den wesentlichen Lieferant*innen auf, besprechen Herausforderungen und setzen Impulse, um die Lieferperformance nachhaltig zu verbessern. Ihre Ergebnisse bringen Sie ins Team ein und geben diese auch an Kolleg:innen in den Verbundenen Ländern weiter.
- Monitoring: Sie behalten relevante Kennzahlen im Supply Chain Bereich im Blick und machen Abweichungen sichtbar. Mit Ihrem analytischen Denken entwickeln Sie Prozesse gemeinsam weiter und leisten so einen wertvollen Beitrag zum Gesamterfolg.
- Kommunikation: Im Austausch mit unseren Länderkolleg*innen aus Logistik, Marketing und Einkauf sowie mit internationalen Industriepartnern sorgen Sie dafür, dass Informationen und Ideen fließen und laufend weiterversorgt werden.
- Berichtswesen: Sie bringen sich in die Entwicklung unseres Berichtswesens ein, welches unser Lieferantenmanagement nachhaltig verbessert. Gemeinsam mit den Kolleg*innen denken Sie Prozesse neu, gestalten ein modernes Lieferantenmonitoring für unsere Teilgruppe Österreich und unterstützen beim Rollout in weiteren Ländern.

Your future responsibilities
- Acquisition of R&D projects for IC-Design, focusing on Sensorics, RF and mm-wave communication, radar applications and similar
- Acquisition of industrial partners (with a special focus on Start-ups and SMEs) and non-industrial partners (academic institutions, research centres) partners for innovative IC-Design project collaborations
- Defining a clear business strategy, leveraging unique SAL’s value proposition to attract customers, expand the customer base and find new markets
- Co-developing and shaping the service offering and the research strategy with both Engineering and Research teams, providing insights into current trends and expected industry developments, identifying opportunities and challenges
- Key-account management for premium partners, developing service quotations for clients and managing and of an efficient and agile customer database
- Liaising with the Marketing / PR and Engineering departments on the creation of marketing campaigns and related material, press releases and social media communication channels
- Representing SAL at events (both internal and external), organising and attending conferences, meetings and industry events
