- Betreuung und Wartung von Endpunkten (Clients, Mobile Devices etc.)
- Incident-Management für First- und Second-Level-Support intern

Deine Aufgabenstellung:
- Du unterstützt Kolleginnen und Kollegen der gesamten GARTNER‑Gruppe bei allen Fragen und Herausforderungen rund um IT – schnell, zuverlässig und serviceorientiert.
- Als erste Anlaufstelle im 1st Level Support nimmst du eingehende Anfragen entgegen und hilfst unseren Teams europaweit weiter.
- Du analysierst und klassifizierst Störungen über unser modernes Ticketsystem und sorgst für eine strukturierte Bearbeitung.
- Du löst User‑Anfragen und IT‑Probleme selbstständig; bei komplexeren Fällen leitest du diese an die zuständige interne Fachabteilung weiter.
- Du installierst und wartest Arbeitsplatzsysteme, Peripheriegeräte und mobile Endgeräte und stellst damit sicher, dass unsere täglichen Transport- und Logistikprozesse reibungslos laufen.
- Du wirkst bei projektbezogenen Rollouts mit und unterstützt die technische Umsetzung neuer Lösungen.
