Ensure the quality and reliability of mobile products and backend services relied on by millions of pet parents worldwide Design, develop, and own scalable, modular automated test frameworks and libraries for iOS and Android applications using Appium with Java and/or Kotlin Build, evolve, and architect end-to-end test automation solutions integrated into CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and observable feedback Own the overall automation testing strategy and framework roadmap across mobile platforms and supporting backend systems, setting standards for how we test Design and maintain robust integrations between the automation framework, our in-house Appium-based device farm, and third-party cloud testing providers (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, Firebase Test Lab) Lead and contribute to test architecture decisions, improving framework performance, stability, maintainability, and ease of integration with internal tools and services Mentor and guide other QA and SDET team members in framework usage, design principles, and coding standards, fostering a culture of automation and quality-first thinking Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things” Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

- Gestaltend: Du bist verantwortlich für Design und Entwicklung von Backend-Komponenten für eine unternehmensweite Data Platform (z. B. Datenkatalog, Metadatenmanagement, Zugriffsschichten).
- Vernetzt: du implementierst Schnittstellen, APIs und Dienste, die den Datenaustausch über verschiedene Systeme hinweg ermöglichen.

Aufgaben
- Gestalte als Senior Full-Stack Developer*in die digitale Transformation der Industrie mit! Bei uns entwickelst du im Team umfassende Softwarelösungen zur Prozessoptimierung für unsere Kunden und lebst deine Begeisterung für kontinuierliches Lernen und agile Methoden.
- Du übernimmst die Architektur, Konzeption und Implementierung moderner Web-Applikationen auf Basis von .NET und Angular – vom Backend bis zum Frontend.
- Du sicherst die Codequalität durch regelmäßige Code-Reviews, trägst technische Entscheidungen mit und wendest professionelle Git-Workflows an.
- Du setzt in enger Abstimmung mit internationalen Fachexpert*innen anspruchsvolle Softwareprojekte im Produktions- und IT-Umfeld um und betreust diese über den gesamten Lebenszyklus.

Own Tractive's end-to-end tracking across iOS, Android, and web — defining how Live Tracking, Virtual Fences, PSZs, and Health Monitoring are measured so teams can make decisions they trust Design and evolve our event taxonomy and KPI frameworks, ensuring every meaningful moment - an escape alert, a health alert, a subscription - is captured consistently and privacy-compliantly Implement and maintain web tracking using Google Tag Manager and JavaScript - instrumenting events, debugging, and ensuring reliable data collection in production Build scalable analytics assets in BigQuery, dbt, or similar tools that answer questions like "How does PSZ adoption affect retention?" or "What drives free-to-premium conversion?"
