Own Tractive's end-to-end tracking across iOS, Android, and web — defining how Live Tracking, Virtual Fences, PSZs, and Health Monitoring are measured so teams can make decisions they trust Design and evolve our event taxonomy and KPI frameworks, ensuring every meaningful moment - an escape alert, a health alert, a subscription - is captured consistently and privacy-compliantly Implement and maintain web tracking using Google Tag Manager and JavaScript - instrumenting events, debugging, and ensuring reliable data collection in production Build scalable analytics assets in BigQuery, dbt, or similar tools that answer questions like "How does PSZ adoption affect retention?" or "What drives free-to-premium conversion?" - Verantwortliche Betreuung unserer SAP Landschaften – vor allem in den Modulen MM, SD
- Anpassungen und Weiterentwicklungen von Prozessen und Umsetzung in den SAP Systemen (Customizing)
- Betreuung von einzelnen Softwareprodukten, die mit der SAP Landschaft in enger Verbindung stehen
- Verantwortung und Mitarbeit bei den S/4 Conversions der in Betreuung stehenden Systemlandschaften
- Kommunikation mit Herstellern und externen Beratungsunternehmen, sowie internen und externen Spezialist*innen und Anwender*innen (Usersupport)
- Sie arbeiten primär im IKT Büro in der Tabakfabrik Linz und im Homeoffice. Vereinzelt besuchen Sie die Standorte unserer Kunden-Unternehmen im Stadtgebiet Linz

Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie übernehmen die technische Anwendungsbetreuung des SAP PP-Moduls und stellen den reibungslosen Betrieb im Automotive Umfeld sicher
- Sie verantworten das SAP-PP-Modul, führen Customizing durch und sorgen somit für die optimale Anpassung an die Geschäftsprozesse
- Als Schnittstelle ermitteln Sie zum einen Kund:innenanforderungen und konzipieren passende Lösungen, zum anderen unterstützen Sie Ihre Kolleg:innen durch beispielsweise Fehleranalyse und Debugging
- Sie koordinieren Entwicklungstätigkeiten und stellen die Umsetzung von Anforderungen sicher
- Darüber hinaus wirken Sie aktiv an Projekten mit, übernehmen diverse Arbeitspakete und koordinieren die Entwicklung
- Sie planen und begleiten Go-Lives inklusive Cut-Over-Planung, Migrationen und Hypercare-Phase
- Sie organisieren und führen funktionale sowie integrative Tests durch und setzen Customizing in den Projektphasen um

- Work closely with architects and senior team members to ensure alignment of the overall system architecture and design principles
