- Lead the implementations and rollouts of services across Red Bull and its subsidiaries.
- Coordinate scope, budget, time, quality and external implementation teams/partners.
- Deliver projects based on Red Bull project management standards and principles. Collaborate closely with external vendors, internal teams such as architects and business partners.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation and test management activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the formulation of technology strategy in response to spotted disruptive external or internal forces and its operationalization.
- Drive IT Landscape Engineering through proactive and deliberate management of the IT landscape beyond investment planning horizons. This involves operationalizing strategy, identifying drivers for change, and defining architecture directions to address these with stakeholders.
- Analyze business strategy and business future-state capabilities to identify Strategic Themes to detect gaps and opportunities for improvement in the current IT Landscape in line with the IT Strategy to enable the business achieving targeted outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in a comparable product management role, ideally within the POS product environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Strong procurement skills with basic contract management knowledge.
- Proven success in managing end-to-end product development projects and leading sustainability optimization initiatives, integrating sustainability principles into product design.
- Experience in project and process management, with the ability to handle multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Strong understanding of structured project management and the ability to work cross-functionally across different departments.
- Expertise in sustainable materials, sustainable product development, or sustainability in design.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for product analysis and reporting; experience with SAP is desirable.
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced, global organization.
