As a Data Project Manager within our Program Management Office, you will drive impactful data initiatives across the Red Bull Media landscape — with a special focus on projects from our Media Network business unit. You’ll be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing cross-functional teams to build and scale data platforms, pipelines, and analytics capabilities that power insights and business decisions.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
You will manage, coordinate, and implement cross-functional projects within Global Media Services and the Media Network. This includes developing and executing detailed project plans, closely monitoring progress, and making timely adjustments to ensure successful outcomes. You will establish effective project structures and lead cross-functional teams with clarity, focus, and purpose. Key responsibilities also include regular project reporting, thorough documentation, and preparing updates for senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT AND OPTIMIZATION
You continuously identify opportunities for improving processes, particularly around project methodology, team coordination, collaboration, and the application of our program management framework. Your insights contribute to the ongoing optimization of internal workflows, enabling more efficient project execution and ensuring maximum value delivery.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
In this capacity, you support the Senior Program Manager in developing and maintaining comprehensive project and program roadmaps that align with the strategic objectives of Global Media Services and the Media Network. You play a key role in the setup of new programs for strategic focus areas and help identify related projects that can be bundled and managed as part of a broader initiative.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
You build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across Global Media Services and the Media Network. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you ensure alignment on priorities and timelines, facilitating seamless coordination across projects. As a central point of contact, you handle internal inquiries related to project updates, schedules, and general program-related matters with professionalism and reliability.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering data-driven, media-related, or cross-functional projects
- Familiarity with both traditional and agile project management methodologies
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken); German language skills are a strong plus
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to self-organize, quickly understand new projects, and translate them into clear tasks and dependencies
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, remain flexible, and adapt priorities throughout the project lifecycle; experience with tools like Airtable, Jira, or Confluence is a benefit

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
