- Planung, Erstellung und Pflege von Website-Content
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer zielgruppenorientierten Content-Strategie
- SEO-Optimierung sowie Analyse der Content-Performance
- Auswertung relevanter KPIs und Reporting
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Content-Management-Systems (CMS)
- Konzeption und Planung von Videoformaten gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen (z. B. Imagefilme)
- Entwicklung von Storyboards und Skripten
- Organisation und Durchführung von Dreharbeiten inklusive Vorbereitung, Set-up und Koordination
- Aufbereitung und Anpassung von Videos für verschiedene Plattformen (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)

Ihre Aufgaben
- Strategische Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Change- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen in komplexen IT-Projekten
- Verantwortung für die interne Kommunikation und deren strategische sowie operative Weiterentwicklung
- Contenterstellung und redaktionelle Aufbereitung in deutscher und englischer Sprache für unsere Kommunikationskanäle (Newsletter, Unternehmenswebsite, Intranet, etc.)
- Pflege von Inhalten in diversen Webapplikationen (SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Apps, mailworx, etc.)
- Planung und Abwicklung unterschiedlicher Events (Townhalls, Mitarbeiter:innen-Veranstaltungen, etc.)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner:innen im voestalpine-Konzern (HR, Führungskräfte, Betriebsrat, IT-Manager:innen, etc.) zur Entwicklung zielgruppenspezifischer Change- & Kommunikationsstrategien
- Monitoring und Bewertung der Wirksamkeit von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen anhand relevanter KPIs
- Mitarbeit (Koordination & Betreuung) in konzernweiten IT-bezogenen Change und Kommunikationsthemen
