Als Senior Python Software-Entwickler (m/w/d) freuen Sie sich auf folgende Aufgaben
- Sie gestalten unser konzernweites ERP-System mit einem Schwerpunkt auf der Entwicklung unserer cloudbasierten Datenplattform (Python, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL)
- Sie setzen zentrale Features unserer Omni-Channel-Plattform um und entwickeln gemeinsam mit unseren Analysten und Analystinnen eine hochperformante Anwendung
- Sie implementieren und testen neue Softwareprodukte sowie Komponenten mit modernen Technologien und einer effizienten Product Pipeline, um unser Ziel eines hochvernetzten Systems zu erreichen
- Sie erhalten direktes Feedback über den Erfolg neuer Features innerhalb weniger Tage, was Ihnen ermöglicht, die Ergebnisse Ihres Engagements unmittelbar zu erleben

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proven Experience: proven track record as a Product Owner or Engineering Lead in a technical domain, preferably in media, data, or content-related fields.
- Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, cloud offerings, and modern software development practices.
- Effective Communication: strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment within a diverse team.
- Collaborative Mindset: A proactive and open-minded team player who takes ownership of responsibilities and fosters cross-functional collaboration to drive initiatives forward.
- Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with collaborative modeling techniques like domain driven design (DDD), event storming or similar are considered a plus.
