Your Key Responsibilities
PLM Core Administration: Full ownership of the Siemens Teamcenter environment, including configuration, BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE), Workflow design, and Access Manager. Technical Project Administration: Structuring project environments within the PLM system, managing permissions/ACLs, and ensuring data models align with specific project lifecycles. System Evolution: Leading updates, migrations, and the integration of PLM with CAD (NX/SolidWorks) and ERP landscapes. Process Automation: Working on interfaces and automated data exchange (ideally using modern middleware or integration tools). Consulting & Support: Acting as the technical "Right Hand" to Project Managers, translating business requirements into scalable technical workflows.

- Verantwortung für den 2nd Level-Support für Hard- und Software – sowohl remote als auch direkt vor Ort
- Unterstützung von Mitarbeiter:innen bei technischen Fragen, Softwareinstallationen und weiteren IT-Anliegen
- Betreuung einer umfangreichen IT-Landschaft (Windows Clients, Thin Clients) und der M365 Welt (MS Teams, SharePoint Online u.v.m.)
- Eigenständige Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten, Rollouts und Updates
- Test und Einführung neuer Hardware sowie Begleitung der Integration in den laufenden Betrieb

Key Responsibilities
Model Development: Advance predictive models and personalization solutions using state-of-the-art ML techniques. Data Insights: Perform in-depth exploratory and statistical modeling on system-generated data to identify actionable insights. Validation: Build, evaluate, and validate models using rigorous performance metrics and experimentation frameworks. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to support model integration into production platforms. Reporting: Communicate complex analytical findings and model limitations through clear visualizations and documentation. Performance Monitoring: Monitor model health over time and recommend recalibrations or retraining as needed.
