- Sicherstellung des Gesamtüberblicks über die Logistik sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozessabläufe
- Koordination und Laterale Führung zweier Controlling Business Analysten

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 2+ years of FMCG experience (beverages industry preferred)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a process-oriented mindset and knowledge of sales processes
- Experience in International Sales, Business Insights, and Data Science
- Strong project management skills
- Background in Econometric Modelling & Statistics
- Proficient in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP BI, Power BI, Tableau; SQL or R is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the implementations and rollouts of services across Red Bull and its subsidiaries.
- Coordinate scope, budget, time, quality and external implementation teams/partners.
- Deliver projects based on Red Bull project management standards and principles. Collaborate closely with external vendors, internal teams such as architects and business partners.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation and test management activities.
- Drive roadmaps and solutions to the company’s benefit.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in a relevant field
- At least 7 years of professional experience in the analytics field, preferably within an FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) environment
- Knowledge of SAP BW/BI/BW4HANA and SAP SAC is essential; familiarity with other databases (e.g., SAP BDC, Snowflake, Data Bricks) or front-end technologies (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus
- Interest in Supply Chain processes and data sets in the context of reporting, analytics, and planning
- Experience in managing projects, delivering and rolling out applications, as well as in running applications and managing their lifecycle for changes and enhancements
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, paired with a collaborative and proactive mindset, agility, and adaptability to changing circumstances
- Self-motivated team player with good communication skills in English (German is a plus), performance-driven, and result-oriented

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Operations or Logistics Controller
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling/Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Excellent knowledge in English
- Experience in the area of cost-type and cost-unit controlling
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SAP ERP (FI/CO, SD), SAP TM, SAP BI, and Oracle Hyperion is beneficial
- Good command of advanced analytics and data visualization tools (Python, R, PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus

Die Rolle
- Matura/Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder Logistik oder umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in einer internationalen O2C-Bereich, idealerweise in einem FMCG/CPG-Unternehmen
- Fließend Englisch, Deutsch ist von Vorteil
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA, JIRA, BI-Berichten und Microsoft Office
- Teamplayer mit positiver Einstellung und unternehmerischem Denken, der selbstmotiviert und flexibel in der Lage ist, unter Druck in einer schnelllebigen Umgebung zu arbeiten, mit der Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten
- Starke professionelle Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind unerlässlich
