RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years’ experience in digital strategy, social media, or content programming in an international environment.
- Experience using data and insights to shape content plans and a strong understanding of digital and social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Ability to translate audience behavior into actionable programming recommendations.
- Passion for the freestyle, rap, and hip-hop scene and Red Bull’s music initiatives.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an asset.
- Well-organized with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- A team-player mentality with the ability to communicate efficiently and reliably in a multilingual, multicultural environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership, direction, and strategic oversight to the team of Global Talent Managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Foster a high-performing team culture by coaching, mentoring, and developing direct reports.
- Keep an entrepreneurial culture in the talent team and contribute to the overall Red Bull culture.
- Ensure the effective allocation of resources within the talent function to meet global business needs and deliver high-quality solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years in category management/trade marketing with customer-facing experience; strong knowledge of the consumer goods industry, ideally food & beverage
- Fluent in English
- Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Nielsen IQ, Circana, and other data tools; high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planogram software (e.g. Blue Yonder JDA, Nexgen)
- Skilled in delivering insights through clear communication, presentations, and training across all organizational levels
- Detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven professional with an innovative, solution-oriented, and strategic mindset

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor/Master degree from University, Technical University (FH Schule) or college in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken), German is a plus
- 7+ years of experience in FMCG industry and/or Technology, with at least 3 years focused on digital transformation in sales and distribution managing high performing teams
- Track record implementing CRM, sales force automation, and/or Distribution Management platforms in FMCG environments
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid understanding of retail execution, distributor management, trade marketing, and field sales dynamics
- Entrepreneurial in solving problems and focused on delivering results
- Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts and strong selling skills to influence various stakeholders
