- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business event production, MICE management, community management or internal communications
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., MS Teams, project management software, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- Proven experience in developing and implementing change management concepts
- Outstanding organisational, self-organisational & project management skills
- Creative mindset paired with developed business acumen
- Excellent written & verbal communication abilities
- Self-driven, reliable, and resilient in a dynamic and fast changing environment
