ALL ABOUT: CREATING SAFETY BY TECHNOLOGY
- Mit deinem technischen Know-How standardisierst du unsere IT-Produktpalette (Server, Storage, Backup, Virtualisierungen).
- Du nimmst Bedarfsanforderungen auf, bewertest diese, koordinierst die Umsetzung und definierst notwendige Prozesse.
- Du evaluierst und testest neue Hard- und Software, erstellst Konzepte dazu und pflegst diese kontinuierlich weiter.
- Du planst und koordinierst eigenverantwortlich IT-Infrastruktur-Services sowie Asset & Licence Management, Patch & Release Management.
- Du kommunizierst mit Stakeholdern, Herstellern, Dienstleistern und internen Fachbereichen und stimmst u.a. Themen wie Capacity Management und Sicherheitsmanagement ab.
- Du erstellst, analysierst und pflegst Berichte, z. B. Assets, Lizenzen, Planungen, Installationen und Konfigurationen.
- Du berätst und unterstützt IT-Projekte, bspw. Rollouts und Non-Standard Changes sowie Service Requests.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet bei Banner:
- Produktmanagement Starterbatterien Nachrüstung Blei-Säure & Lithium - kaufmännische und anwendungstechnische Themen
- Produktmanagement Banner Motorradbatterien & Zubehör (Lade-, Test-, Starthilfegeräte)
- Steuerung, Planung und Controlling der Verkaufsförderungs-Aktionen
- Ausarbeitung und Aufbereitung von Produkt- und Verkaufsinformationen für die Marketing-Kommunikation
- Mitarbeit bei Ausschreibungen von europäischen Key Accounts sowie Begleitung von Werksaudits von Kunden
- Konkurrenz-Beobachtung sowie regelmäßige Koordination von Benchmark-Tests
- Erstellung von Businessplänen bzw. Marktkonzepten als Entscheidungsgrundlage für Produkt-Neueinführungen im Zuge der Banner Agenda 2030

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in a comparable product management role, ideally within the POS product environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Strong procurement skills with basic contract management knowledge.
- Proven success in managing end-to-end product development projects and leading sustainability optimization initiatives, integrating sustainability principles into product design.
- Experience in project and process management, with the ability to handle multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Strong understanding of structured project management and the ability to work cross-functionally across different departments.
- Expertise in sustainable materials, sustainable product development, or sustainability in design.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for product analysis and reporting; experience with SAP is desirable.
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced, global organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 4+ years of work experience in digital product- or project management
- Experience working with project management-, design- and product development tools
- Experience in an agile and entrepreneurially spirited environment

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 4+ years of experience in knitwear development is a must
- Expert knowledge of knitting processes, 3D, and knitwear technology
- Experience in knit programming; familiarity with Whole Garment® Technology (Shima Seiki) is a strong plus
- Proficient in MS Office; skilled in Adobe Illustrator, PLM system knowledge is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset
