- Strategische Weiterentwicklung und konzernweite Implementierung der OT‑Security‑Strategie einschließlich Governance‑Modellen, Richtlinien, Standards sowie der strategischen Planung des gesamten OT‑Security‑Bereichs
- Sicherstellung der Anwendbarkeit und Integration konzernaler Policies, Standards, Guidelines, Services und Security‑Lösungen im Produktions- & OT-Umfeld
- Erweiterung des bestehenden Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) um OT‑Security‑relevante Anforderungen inkl. nachhaltiger Verankerung
- Zentrale Steuerung, Weiterentwicklung und konzernweite Harmonisierung des OT‑Security‑Risikomanagements
- Weiterentwicklung der konzernweiten OT‑Security‑Organisation inkl. Rollen, Prozesse und Schnittstellen zu IT, Produktion und zentralen Funktionen
- Fachliche Führung der konzernweiten OT‑Security‑Struktur sowie deren Vertretung im konzernalen Information Security Board
- Aktive Mitwirkung an konzernweiten Informations‑ und Cybersecurity‑Themen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem CISO
- Verantwortlich für die Steuerung, Umsetzung und Überwachung der Informations‑ und Cybersicherheit in einem Teilbereich des Konzerns

- Independent execution of assigned communication tasks with growing autonomy
- Responsible for communication and dissemination of results for European and National projects
- Creating presentations and materials for customer acquisition
- Support Business Development activities, develop and upkeep Division Customer Database
- Acting as a scientific communication partner for all research unit heads
- Acting as a representative for SALs internal Doctoral College and support all administrative processes involved
- Co-Representing SAL and the division at fairs, conferences, and industry events
- Contributing to internal and external visibility (social media, networking, events, vendor management)

Interdisciplinary Scientist – Transformative Policies & Sustainable Innovation (all genders)
- Conducting research on policy-enabled innovation in the context of sustainable electronics, clean-tech, and technological sovereignty.
- Evaluating and synthesizing policy instruments, and regulatory impact assessments for environmental and geostrategic policy instruments.
- Bring structure and translate complex technical and policy-related topics into clear messages for diverse audiences, including researchers, business leaders, and policymakers.
- Leading and coordinating cross-company projects, ensuring effective communication and alignment among diverse partners.
- Designing and facilitating workshops that promote innovation, stakeholder collaboration, and knowledge exchange.
- Publishing scientific research and contributing to conferences related to policy-enabled innovation in areas such as sustainable electronics and clean-tech.
- Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across sectors, including academia, industry, and government.
- Supporting customer acquisition and providing consulting services tailored to innovation and sustainability challenges.
- Preparing and managing research funding proposals and contributing to project acquisition.
