RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years of experience working with documentaries and serialized content formats produced for broadcaster distribution and YouTube.
- Knowledge of fitness sports disciplines and up to date with current and upcoming fitness trends, as well as content production across TV networks and streaming platforms.
- A strong network of production companies, creative professionals, agencies, co-producers, and talents, enabling the delivery of state-of-the-art fitness content from both an editorial and technical perspective.
- Project management skills in leading relationships with internal and external stakeholders during content development, production, and delivery.
- Ability to evaluate and provide clear, constructive feedback on ideas, treatments, production, etc., demonstrating strong project management skills.
- Team player mentality with excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 3+ Years of end to end YouTube content production and a strong portfolio of YouTube videos that demonstrate success and growth.
- Solid experience in all stages of the content production process and a sound understanding of cameras and shooting best practice.
- Amazing writing skills for developing scripts and shoot beats.
- Strong video editing skills and video FX understanding. Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of YouTube content best practice, including titles and thumbnails.
- Team-player mentality with a genuine interest in Red Bull's sports and cultural properties and a willingness to explore and try new things.
