RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of our global onboarding workflow and communication tool and ensure it delivers exceptional value across all regions.
- Continuously enhance the global onboarding workflow based on feedback and business needs.
- Drive adoption by upskilling local teams, sharing best practices, and fostering engagement.
- Track and report on usage and success metrics to demonstrate the tool’s impact.
- Lead roll-outs to new regions, including facilitating process workshops, supporting in training and testing, and managing change.
- Establish an annual review process to update workflows and communication materials.
