RESPONSIBILITIES
- High level of proficiency in at least one of the two instruments (keys or voice) with strong practical musicianship
- Solid didactic and pedagogical knowledge, ideally supported by experience as an instrumental or vocal teacher
- Confident use of music notation software and experience with audio and video recording
- Experience engaging with young people in workshops, lessons, or rehearsals, and openness to shaping social media formats and identifying trends within the community
- Strong team orientation, high standards of quality and attention to detail, and ability to strategically incorporate user feedback into product and content development

- High proficiency in guitar or bass, with solid pedagogical and didactic knowledge (teaching experience is a plus)
- Strong command of music notation software; experience in audio and video production
- Creativity and precision in developing learning paths, exercises, and musical content
