RESPONSIBILITIES
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the legal field, with a focus on compliance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in overseeing legal compliance risk management, with an emphasis on areas such as anti- corruption & bribery, antitrust- & competition law, supply chain and ESG compliance, sanctions & trade compliance, data protection, cyber security & human rights protection.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs (incl. compliance communication & network strategies) and initiatives within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex legal and compliance issues and develop effective solutions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools, as well as standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to think critically and strategically about compliance risks and opportunities, and to develop innovative solutions to address them.
- Ability to stay current with changes in laws and regulations, and to adapt compliance programs accordingly.

- Experience working in international HQs with regional/local market teams, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills in diverse, global environments.
- Deep understanding of digital content distribution, digital platforms, or sports/media rights management, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
- Proven capability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and provide strategic solutions in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
- Team-player mentality with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, combined with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Expertise in sustainable materials, sustainable product development, or sustainability in design.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for product analysis and reporting; experience with SAP is desirable.
