RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, with 2–3 years of experience in project, event, or artist management
- Fluent in English
- Expert knowledge of Breaking, hip-hop culture, artist management, and marketing
- Creative, self-motivated team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured and organized, able to manage multiple projects and deliver results
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
