RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum 3+ years of combined, relevant experience in international law firms and/or in-house legal departments of an international company.
- Degree in law or economic law from a reputable university; a postgraduate degree is an advantage. CIPP/E or a comparable data privacy qualification is also beneficial.
- Solid knowledge of European data privacy law, experience in supporting and advising strategic and international projects and stakeholder management.
- You have sharp analytical and communication skills and a strong aptitude for technology. You are diligent, proactive, collaborative, and have demonstrated excellent legal and business judgment and strategic thinking.
- You are able to evaluate complex topics and conclude well-balanced risk assessments.
- Excellent organizational skills and solution-oriented, with a well-structured and pragmatic working style.
- Strong proficiency in English, with German as an additional working language being a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum 5+ years of combined, relevant experience in data protection, privacy compliance and/or cybersecurity in international law firms, legal consulting firms and/or in-house legal departments of an international company.
- A degree in Law or Economic Law from a reputable university is required. A postgraduate degree or a degree in IT is considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of English is essential. Proficiency in German as an additional working language is a high plus.
- CIPP/E or other data privacy and IT-related qualifications are highly desirable.
- Experience in implementing Privacy Compliance Programs/Frameworks and leading strategic legal projects in an international company.
- Solid knowledge of European data privacy laws and emerging data regulations (such as Data Act, NIS2, CRA).
- You have sharp analytical and communication skills, a strong aptitude for technology, and a strategic mindset that balances attention to detail with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the legal field, with a focus on compliance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in overseeing legal compliance risk management, with an emphasis on areas such as anti- corruption & bribery, antitrust- & competition law, supply chain and ESG compliance, sanctions & trade compliance, data protection, cyber security & human rights protection.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs (incl. compliance communication & network strategies) and initiatives within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex legal and compliance issues and develop effective solutions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools, as well as standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to think critically and strategically about compliance risks and opportunities, and to develop innovative solutions to address them.
- Ability to stay current with changes in laws and regulations, and to adapt compliance programs accordingly.
