- Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst die aktive Mitgestaltung der digitalen Transformation im HR-Bereich, wobei Sie bestehende Prozesse hinterfragen und innovative Lösungen einbringen
- Sie sind zuständig für die Betreuung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden HR-Systeme und tragen damit wesentlich zur Effizienz und Qualität der HR-Prozesse bei
- Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählt das Customizing sowie die Störungsbehebung in den HR-Systemen. Dabei fungieren Sie als zentrale Schnittstelle zu externen Ansprechpartner*innen und stellen eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicher
- Sie übernehmen den First-Level-Support für Key User und stehen bei fachlichen sowie systembezogenen Fragen beratend zur Seite
- Ihr Verantwortungsbereich beinhaltet den Aufbau und die Pflege von HR-Reporting-Standards sowie relevanten Kennzahlen, die als Grundlage für strategische Entscheidungen dienen
- Darüber hinaus wirken Sie aktiv an internationalen Projekten mit und begleiten die Einführung neuer HR-Prozesse und -Systeme in enger Abstimmung mit globalen Teams

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as product management, UX design, software engineering, computer science or some years of practical experience in this field.
- Solid track record as a Product Manager, ideally in a B2B or B2E environment.
- Experience in Service Design or UX Design is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Effective communicator, explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders, motivating change, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams.

Dein Aufgabenbereich
- Du steuerst und koordinierst SAP-Projekte im Produktionsumfeld (PP/QM) über den gesamten Lifecycle – von der Vorbereitung über die Fit/Gap-Analyse und Implementierung bis hin zu Testphase, Go-Live und anschließender Hypercare-Betreuung.
- Du konzipierst, implementierst und dokumentierst ABAP-Lösungen (User-Exits, BAdIs, CDS/OData, RAP, Formulare, Schnittstellen) für eine stabile und transparente Abbildung unserer Kernprozesse.
- Du entwickelst unsere Variantenkonfiguration weiter (LO-VC, inkl. MILL-spezifischer Logiken) und trägst damit direkt zu verbesserter Planung und Fertigung bei.
- Du optimierst unsere Produktionsplanung durch Integration und Feintuning von MPS/ePPDS – inklusive Reihenfolgen, Rüstoptimierung und Kapazitäten.
- Du treibst gemeinsam mit dem MES-Team die MES-Integration voran (SAP Add-ons, Wonderware, Individual-Lösungen) – von Maschinenanbindung über Rückmeldungen bis zu Qualitätsdaten und Traceability.
- Du harmonisierst End-to-End-Prozesse über Werke und Standorte hinweg und begleitest internationale Rollouts.
- Du coachst Key-User*innen und verankerst Best Practices und Standards im gesamten Unternehmen.

- University degree in computer science / similar study or equal practical experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience within an IT department or consulting company
- Hands-on experience in IT project management and in the global roll-out and delivery of business applications
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions or work with external partners
- Understanding of software development and system architecture (data models, integration of systems, programming languages and APIs) is beneficial
- Experience with management, configuration and implementation of SaaS based solutions is valuable
- A good understanding of AI concepts and frameworks to drive applications and foster innovation is a plus
