Ihre Aufgaben
- Inhaltlich und visuell überzeugende Aufbereitung von komplexen Sachverhalten für die Geschäftsführung, Board- und Aufsichtsratssitzungen
- Erstellung und Bewertung von Business Cases (inkl. Sensitivitätsanalysen, Investitionsrechnungen etc.)
- Bereichsübergreifende Koordination und Analyse von Themen sowie Entwicklung konsistenter Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Strukturierte Ausarbeitung aktueller Themenstellungen in den Bereichen Finance, HR und Business Continuity/Quality Management
- Kommunikation und Schnittstelle zwischen der Geschäftsführung und den Fachbereichen (v.a. Controlling, Commercial Management, HR und Business Continuity/Quality Management)
- Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Analysen und Reports
- Konzeption und Übernahme von übergreifenden strategischen Sonderprojekten

Introduction
- Preparing complex issues for the management team, board, and supervisory board meetings in a visually appealing and convincing manner
- Preparation and evaluation of business cases (including sensitivity analyses, investment calculations, etc.)
- Cross-departmental coordination and analysis of topics and development of consistent decision-making bases
- Structured elaboration of current topics in the areas of finance, HR, and business continuity/quality management
- Communication and acting as an interface between management and specialist departments (especially controlling, commercial management, HR, and business continuity/quality management)
- Preparation of meaningful analyses and reports
- Conception and implementation of cross-departmental strategic projects
