Deine Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, Fachhochschule, etc.) aus dem Bereich Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung mit Content Management Systemen
- Kenntnisse in einer oder mehreren dieser Technologien: C#, AL (Microsoft Business Central), HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, T-SQL, PowerShell
- Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit Teamgeist und Kommunikationsfreude

Own Tractive's end-to-end tracking across iOS, Android, and web — defining how Live Tracking, Virtual Fences, PSZs, and Health Monitoring are measured so teams can make decisions they trust Design and evolve our event taxonomy and KPI frameworks, ensuring every meaningful moment - an escape alert, a health alert, a subscription - is captured consistently and privacy-compliantly Implement and maintain web tracking using Google Tag Manager and JavaScript - instrumenting events, debugging, and ensuring reliable data collection in production Build scalable analytics assets in BigQuery, dbt, or similar tools that answer questions like "How does PSZ adoption affect retention?" or "What drives free-to-premium conversion?" - Beratung bei der Konzeption und Nutzung von Collaboration- und Content-Management-Lösungen mit Schwerpunkt Microsoft 365
- Design, Implementierung und Betrieb von Lösungen auf Basis von SharePoint Online und der Microsoft Power Platform
- Fachliche und technische Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Lösungen mit Dynamics 365
- Umsetzung von Integrationsszenarien für Cloud- und OnPremise-Systeme (z. B. ERP, GIS) mit der Power Platform sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen Schnittstellenbetriebs
- Analyse von Anforderungen, Erarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten sowie Koordination der Umsetzung mit internen und externen Partnern
- Sicherstellung des laufenden Applikationsbetriebs der verantworteten Systeme

Help create a tools strategy for our Customer Relationship Management tooling (Zendesk) Configure and maintain omnichannel routing and AI features for efficient ticket distribution and automated responses Update and maintain help center themes, improve self-service flows to reduce overall ticket volume while boosting customer satisfaction Develop and maintain procedural and technical system documentation, troubleshooting guides, and self-service resources for internal stakeholders Administrate our tools on a daily basis, including but not limited to managing a multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of forms, fields, views, triggers, and other business rules Perform customization of fields, forms, views, business rules, workflows, email notifications, approval processes, reports, and dashboards Implement and support new system rollouts, as well as all required maintenance and upgrades in addition to recommendations for process improvements Be responsible for overall data quality in our Customer Relationship Management tooling (Zendesk) Troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical issues and escalations Provide new user accounts and manage licenses and permissions Assist in the training of new and current users Assist in data imports, exports, and updates while utilizing Explore and other tools, such as Tableau Work cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things” Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
