Purpose & key responsibilities of the role
Along with internal teams and external partners, you will manage and further develop the Lenzing customer platforms, including the E-Branding Services management You will collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, streamline workflows and enable better utilization of data and analytics to support business decisions You will formulate a digital product strategy in alignment with corporate and business strategy, translating it into a clearly articulated and continuously updated product roadmap You will oversee the Lenzing Traceability Project to increase transparency and traceability across the value chain, leading and coordinating the platform integration project and ensuring the new system captures and is aligned with all necessary Lenzing requirements You will lead, mentor and develop the digital product management team, establishing clear goals, fostering collaboration and supporting team integration and performance You will set and manage budgets for digital projects and branding initiatives, monitoring and optimizing resource allocation based on business needs

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completed technical training (HTL) or a degree in food technology, biotechnology, process engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable field.
- Alternatively, at least three years of experience in quality management, preferably with a focus on complaint handling.
- Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate findings clearly.
- A precise, structured, and independent way of working.
- Problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to analyze data, recognize trends, and interpret quality-related information.
- A proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and innovation.
- Fast comprehension and adaptability, even under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the formulation of technology strategy in response to spotted disruptive external or internal forces and its operationalization.
- Drive IT Landscape Engineering through proactive and deliberate management of the IT landscape beyond investment planning horizons. This involves operationalizing strategy, identifying drivers for change, and defining architecture directions to address these with stakeholders.
- Analyze business strategy and business future-state capabilities to identify Strategic Themes to detect gaps and opportunities for improvement in the current IT Landscape in line with the IT Strategy to enable the business achieving targeted outcomes.
