Ihre Aufgaben
- Entwicklung von Werbemitteln für Print- und Onlineprojekte
- Erstellung von grafischen Content für Social Media und Web
- Betreuung von umfangreichen Projekten, von der Konzeption bis hin zur Umsetzung in enger Abstimmung mit den Kreativen unterschiedlicher Departments
- Brand Entwicklung, Kampagnendesigns, Packaging, Webdesigns, Print Design uvm.

Die Rolle
- Perennial Motion Graphics Design experience.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Media or similar
- Fluent in English, any additional language considered an advantage
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to brand-based format package design.
- Demonstrable conceptual skills with a strong motion graphic portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Maxon Cinema 4D are required.
- Knowledge of other Adobe CC applications, Autodesk Maya, Unreal Engine and additional related skills are a bonus.
- Up to date with the latest design trends, techniques and technologies.
- Strong communicator with the ability to mediate creative problems effectively and creating novel solutions.
- Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, collaborate with a team and show ownership.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years of experience in 3D motion graphics design with expertise in Cinema 4D (Redshift or Octane), Adobe After Effects; knowledge of Maya or Houdini; Unity is a plus
- Fluent English communication skills; German is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field
- Strong animation skills, visual storytelling ability, and a keen eye for brand consistency and quality
- Proven experience mentoring junior designers, collaborating in cross-functional teams, and managing multiple projects while implementing new technologies and automation tools to improve workflows

- High level of execution in the areas of Look Development, Lighting, 3D Animation and Compositing
- Knowledge of Houdini and other Adobe CC applications are a bonus
- Strong creative and conceptual skills with the ability to develop innovative visual solutions aligned with brand identity and content strategy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills working effectively with Art Directors Producers and Project Managers
