RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years of experience, prefferably within the fashion industry, of publishing content to major brand social media channels, optimizing social content, and a passion for telling strong and authentic stories.
- Strong ability to critically analyze social media, digital products, video consumption patterns, and social media platform algorithms.
- Experience in video production/editing, editorial work, design, and photography.
- Detailed understanding and awareness of social platform trends, content formats, and language, with an investigative mindset that continually evaluates the changing environment.
- Experience in working with external agencies and partners such as content creators etc.
- Well-organized team player with a self-starter mentality and the ability to communicate efficiently and reliably in a multilingual, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English; other languages are considered an asset.

You will coordinate the forecast process with the relevant stakeholders, including preparation of the Group forecast (P&L, BS, CF) on the basis of central value drivers and the forecasts of the individual companies -

You will conduct analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as planning and commenting as part of management reporting -

You will plan, lead and conduct internal audit activities throughout the Lenzing Group (at Headquarters; on group level; or at individual sites) in an efficient and flexible manner, keeping to best practice, respecting internal audit standards, and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and independent auditor’s opinion -
You will report directly to the Senior Director of Corporate Audit & Risk Management, providing information about ongoing activities, risk detection, and any other relevant details for audit conduct or planning -
You will cooperate with auditees and with other departments as well as top management -
You will be involved in the yearly audit planning on a risk-based approach; contribute to reporting activity towards the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board; and participate in knowledge-sharing and improvement process of auditing process as well as internal consulting services to improve the control environment -
You will follow up on audit recommendations and actions (to be carried out by auditees)

Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

You will lead the planning and execution of transformation strategies, collaborating closely with senior leaders across functions to translate strategic goals into detailed, executable roadmaps for operational and organizational improvement -
You will develop asset footprint options for Lenzing Group: identifying, evaluating and recommending optimal asset configuration globally to increase cost efficiency, streamline operations and improve long-term competitiveness -
You will manage stakeholders at various levels of the organization, acting as key liaison between project teams, executive leaders and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency and buy-in throughout the transformation process -
You will design and deploy a future-proof operating model that aligns organizational structure, capabilities and processes with strategic objectives, including the definition of key-functional roles and decision-making governance across regions in close collaboration with HR, Finance and Operations -
You will oversee and monitor the progress of transformation initiatives, by establishing project tracking mechanisms, KPIs and a reporting structure to ensure timely and effective implementation of restructuring efforts

Die Rolle
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung/ Weiterbildung im Bereich Festival- und Eventmanagement
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift auf professionellem Level
- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Festival- und Eventmanagement (Gestaltung, Organisation und Umsetzung)
