- Du entwickelst strategische Personalentwicklung mit Weitblick.
Du konzipierst, implementierst und entwickelst die PE-Strategie weiter und leitest aus Qualifikationsanalysen zukunftsorientierte Maßnahmen ab. - Du gestaltest Entwicklungsprogramme mit Wirkung.
Du entwickelst und betreust passgenaue Weiterbildungs-, Talent- und Nachwuchsprogramme und wirkst an Performance-, Feedback- und Kompetenzmodellen mit. - Du steuerst Lern- und Entwicklungsformate professionell.
Du planst, organisierst und evaluierst Trainings, Workshops und weitere Entwicklungsformate – intern wie extern. - Du begleitest Mitarbeitende ganzheitlich.
Du übernimmst die operative Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden und unterstützt Führungskräfte als Sparringspartner. - Du wirkst an HR-Projekten mit strategischem Blick mit.
Du unterstützt Projekte wie Kulturentwicklung oder Change-Prozesse und bringst deine PE-Expertise gezielt ein.
