RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience with global brands (preferably in the FMCG/CPG industry) or market-leading eCommerce players, across Sales or Marketing. Previous eCommerce experience or background is highly valued
- Strong strategic thinking, a hands-on mentality, and a pragmatic approach to developing projects and initiatives from scratch. Enthusiastic about raising the bar and driving initiatives to the next level
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex business challenges into practical and relevant terms

- 5–8+ years in Amazon Vendor Management (1P) or eCommerce account management, ideally within FMCG
- University degree or comparable education
- Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
- Proven success in leading complex negotiations, shaping trade terms, and driving sales growth across multiple markets
- Deep expertise in Amazon’s ecosystem — including Vendor Central, promotional mechanics, and retail media — plus strong understanding of eCommerce operations and compliance

Die Rolle
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten IT Bereich oder gleichwertige praktische Erfahrung
- 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle im IT-Projektmanagement
- Kenntnisse im E-Commerce-Prozess sind von Vorteil
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch ist ein Plus
- Kenntnisse oder Erfahrung mit SAP Commerce oder Shopware sind von Vorteil
