- Perennial Motion Graphics Design experience.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Media or similar
- Fluent in English, any additional language considered an advantage
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to brand-based format package design.

- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Maxon Cinema 4D are required.

- Strong communicator with the ability to mediate creative problems effectively and creating novel solutions.
- Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 4-6 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
- You have a portfolio of designs for mobile apps
- Please include a sample of relevant work from your portfolio in your application.
- You are passionate about the most intuitive, outstanding experiences, and will only be done when the product is at highest quality
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Protopie and Rive
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development best practices a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and reliably meet deadlines
- Illustration or animation skills a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proven practical experience as UX Designer (preferable for cloud-based services)
- Experience in domain driven design (DDD) principles and applying its methods and tools
- Degree in design or media technology with several years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Experience in design thinking, requirement engineering and its methods to bridge the gap between business and our technology department
- Understanding of Product Ownership and how to improve services
- Communicative team player with an analytical mind-set willing to take responsibility and drive topics
- (Optional) Understanding of software engineering to drive the design and implementation of solutions with development teams following agile methodologies throughout the entire lifecycle
