ÜBER UNS
- Messung und Verbesserung der Datenqualität in verschiedenen Dimensionen (zB. Genauigkeit, Vollständigkeit)
- Erstellung der Datenqualitätsberichte und Konsolidierung des Data Quality Indicators (DQIs)-Repository
- Begleitung verschiedener Datenqualitätsinitiativen der Raiffeisenbanken und Koordinierung zwischen lokalen Einheiten und Data Stewards

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University Degree Bachelor or Master
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken), German is a plus
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the FMCG industry working with large datasets from multiple data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Circana, GFK, …)
- Good understanding of sales processes and sales data. Proven project management experience with strong external stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment with multiple internal stakeholders
- Ability to conceptualize and explain complex concepts in a simple way
- Strong analytical ability and a strong affinity for systems
- Methodical and process-driven approach with a performance and resultoriented attitude; hands-on, pragmatic mindset
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of data preparation- and visualization tools are preferred but not required (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Trifacta, “R”, Python, SQL)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project management with a strong focus on quality management and process optimization
- Bachelor's degree in music education, communications, digital media, or related fields and/or relevant work experience as project manager or content manager
- Fluent in German and English
- Preferably experience with Airtable and handling of a content CMS
- Motivated team player with a hands-on mentality and willingness to explore a wide variety of content related fields
- Good organisational skills coupled with strong communication, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
- Basic musical knowledge of tone, rhythm, note reading
- First experience with app growth strategies and ASO a plus
