RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the formulation of technology strategy in response to spotted disruptive external or internal forces and its operationalization.
- Drive IT Landscape Engineering through proactive and deliberate management of the IT landscape beyond investment planning horizons. This involves operationalizing strategy, identifying drivers for change, and defining architecture directions to address these with stakeholders.
- Analyze business strategy and business future-state capabilities to identify Strategic Themes to detect gaps and opportunities for improvement in the current IT Landscape in line with the IT Strategy to enable the business achieving targeted outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- At least 3 years of experience working in data-centric roles, with a strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling, and data engineering concepts to effectively drive data product development.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including conducting user research and interviews to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and align diverse stakeholders around a shared product vision.
- Persistent, systematic, and analytical thinking, with strong attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Data or media technology focused education or equivalent work experience.
- A passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with emerging trends in data technologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and hands-on data engineering knowledge is a strong plus.
- Experience in marketing media data setups and familiarity with media-related tools, platforms, or datasets is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5 years reliability/operational experience (DevNetOps) running large-scale, highperformance IT data center networks and internet services with focus on media-specific purposes.
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) with focus on IT topics
- Experience with video transport protocols such as RTP, RTMP, SRT, UDP, Zixi, RIST, HLS, NDI and uncompressed video and audio over IP (SMPTE 2110, AES67/DANTE)
- Proficient understanding of networking principles (switching, routing, multicast, overlay architectures like. MPLS, VXLAN EVPN and application protocol, especially TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, TLS, and HTTP/S)
- Professional network engineering experience with hybrid network architectures connecting on-premises data centers and IaaS/public cloud services.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required.
