Ihre Aufgaben
Eigenständiges Management: Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Lösung technischer Kundenprobleme im Bereich Ultraschallsysteme (hauptsächlich vom Standort Zipf aus). Tiefgehende Analyse: Auswertung komplexer technischer Daten wie Logfiles, Systemdaten und Screenshots zur Identifizierung von Fehlerursachen. Problemreproduktion: Nachstellen und Verifizieren der gemeldeten Kundenprobleme in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Engineering- und Produktspezialisten. Lösungsstrategien: Definition und Vorantreiben technischer Lösungen gemeinsam mit den Service-, Engineering- und Produktteams. Kommunikation: Klare und professionelle Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern sowie den Servicetechnikern im Außendienst. Projektbegleitung: Gelegentliche Kundenbesuche vor Ort (ca. 0-2 Mal im Jahr), um komplexe Fehler zu analysieren oder Lösungen zu validieren. Dokumentation & Optimierung: Transparente Dokumentation der Fälle sowie aktive Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Wissensdatenbanken.
