- Beratung bei der Konzeption und Nutzung von Collaboration- und Content-Management-Lösungen mit Schwerpunkt Microsoft 365
- Design, Implementierung und Betrieb von Lösungen auf Basis von SharePoint Online und der Microsoft Power Platform
- Fachliche und technische Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Lösungen mit Dynamics 365
- Umsetzung von Integrationsszenarien für Cloud- und OnPremise-Systeme (z. B. ERP, GIS) mit der Power Platform sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen Schnittstellenbetriebs
- Analyse von Anforderungen, Erarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten sowie Koordination der Umsetzung mit internen und externen Partnern
- Sicherstellung des laufenden Applikationsbetriebs der verantworteten Systeme
- Koordination sowie Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten von der Konzeption bis zur Produktivsetzung
- Integration von KI-Funktionen in Microsoft-Produkte zur Automatisierung, Wissenserschließung und Effizienzsteigerung am digitalen Arbeitsplatz
