RESPONSIBILITIES
- Education level/experience within same role/area, such as Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Finance, or experience in Procurement Analytics or Category Management
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required, German or other languages is considered a plus
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of strategic and operational procurement processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent long-term experience in procurement.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a procurement role, preferably within a fast-paced global organization.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and a clear understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and their impact on sourcing decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships on a global level.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
- Business-fluent English skills are a must; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective operational IT security procedures and processes, with a focus on Network, IaaS and Cloud security. Define best practices and standards that meet unique local needs, ensuring no conflict with global standards.
- Contribute to development of specific security objectives for prevention, detection, response and compliance including oversight of actions, metrics and reporting.
- Ensure implementation and assessment of globally defined policies and review gaps together with service owners.
- Support implementing and improving effective security incident response management and further infrastructure-related security enhancements.
