ALL ABOUT: CREATING SAFETY BY TECHNOLOGY
- You are the central contact person for patch management and, together with our sales team for the successful planning and implementation of IT solutions for our control center customers.
- In doing so, you always keep high availability, redundancy, performance and IT security in focus.
- You will plan, coordinate and manage the implementation of patch days in our customers' IT and application landscapes of our customers.
- In an environment ranging from classic servers (Windows and RedHat Linux) to state-of-the-art network and cloud technologies, you will ensure that patch days are carried out in a controlled manner and comply with the regulatory framework.
- Together with the change management team, you will ensure the coordinated planning and implementation of patches and releases.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Implementierung maßgeschneiderter Dashboards und Reports für unsere internen Kund:innen basierend auf unserer 2 Plattformstrategie
- Implementierung und Optimierung von Daten-Pipelines zur schnelleren Versorgung mit Daten (ETL/ELT-Prozesse, Dataflows etc.)
- Aufbereitung von Daten für Berichte die unsere Kund:innen unterstützten und als Basis zum Einsatz von KI dienen
- Unterstützung unserer Kund:innen bei der Durchführung von Proof-of-Concepts und Schulungen
- Betreuung bestehender Power BI Lösungen im Konzern
- Selbstständige Betreuung der BI Frontend Systeme, dazu gehört Anbindung von verschiedenen Quellsystemen, Erstellung von Datenmodellen und aussagekräftigen Visualisierungen in Dashboards

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Business Intelligence area with project involvement, ideally gained as a Controller, IT Consultant, Business Consultant, Business Analyst or Requirement engineer.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, IT.
- Profound knowledge of system-based planning (BSS) and reporting tools – ideally SAP, SAP BW, SAP BI-IP Planning, S4/HANA, Hyperion Financial Management and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills as well as project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Workfront.
- Solid controlling/accounting background and understanding of financial processes.
- Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical skills and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of English, working knowledge of German is a plus, but not a requirement.
